What was your first job and what did you learn from it?
Busboy at Perkins Pancake House. Worked there from age 15 until I left for college. I learned that I like to cook, especially breakfast foods!

What motivates you professionally?
I like to oversee a project from start to finish. I like to ‘own’ it.

What should every potential franchisee evaluate when choosing a franchisor?
The length of time the Franchisor has been offering the particular Franchise, and the number of current Franchisees available that they can contact for references.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I play three musical instruments – Baritone Horn, Trombone & Electric Bass.

What is the most important message you want to convey to prospective franchisees?
Look for a company that offers support during the application process and support after the franchise commences operations. A company that is always by your side

What do you like most about your current role?
The opportunity to work with Entrepreneurs and help them achieve their business vision.

What skills are essential to become a successful franchisee?
The Franchisee must be willing to do everything that his business requires from cleaning the restroom toilets to changing printer paper in the Dispensers.

If you had to pick another profession, what would it be?
I volunteer with Flagler County Sheriffs and drive patrol on weekends. I would like to be a Deputy Sheriff.

What is your favorite inspirational quote?
“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them"
