Circle K entered the international market in 1979 with the signing of a Franchise agreement with Uny Corp. in Japan. Since then Circle K International has built a global retailing system, drawing from trend-setting convenience store ideas and advances, resulting in over 4,000 franchised Circle K stores in seven countries and the U.S. territory of Guam.

Circle K International is comprised of Master Licensed arrangements in Guam and seven countries outside the US, including Japan, Greater China (People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Macau), Indonesia, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mexico, United Arab Emirates and most recently Honduras.

The Circle K Master License Agreement provides you with proven global brand presence and franchise business systems with ongoing support from our experienced team of convenience store experts. This global perspective not only keeps each Master Licensee up-to-date on the latest developments in retailing, it also provides a continual flow of leading-edge programs to help build sales and profits.

Circle K International is seeking qualified Master License applicants, capable of developing 100 stores or more, who can bring the financial resources, local market knowledge, and operating commitment necessary to establish a thriving convenience store business outside the United States.
