What sort of changes do you anticipate happening in the world of convenience store franchising in the next 12 months?
I anticipate a continued, larger focus on food service, beverages, and coffee offerings to improve margins and profits.

What is your favorite book?
I read approximately six books a year, almost entirely non fiction, focusing on political history or  American History. My most recent read was,  “George Washington’s Secret Spy War, The making of Americas First Spymaster" by John A Nagy.

What skills are essential to become a successful franchisee?
